a roadmap to your personal healing journey

My goal

It might be intense emotions, urges to engage in impulsive behaviors, challenges at school or work, lack of direction, wanting to get along better with others, shyness, anxiety, depression, grief and loss issues, or divorce. Backed by neuroscience, my approach directly engages the brain, targeting the underlying roots of behaviors and emotions. Although the process varies across individuals, the brain has a remarkable capacity to learn, adapt and heal.

By gaining an understanding of psychological, neurodevelopmental and relational functioning of each individual, I will support you to identify and clarify specific goals for treatment, and design a treatment plan to reach them.

Using various humanistic approaches, we will focus on developing a strong and healthy sense of self, explore feelings, find meaning. Through support and relationship, I empower my clients to recognize and grow in their true potential while acknowledging the systems in which they operate
